To setup a password for your bulb's wifi network, you need to be connected directly to your bulb (and not through your home network). Here is how you connect directly to your bulb.
1. From the Devices List page, go to Settings.
2. Select the bulb you want to secure.
3. Select the "General" settings.
4. Under "Network Mode" section, disable the slider that says "Link to Wireless Router".
This will disable the link to your home network and you will be directly connected to your bulb. To secure your smart bulb by setting a password, follow these steps:
1. Go back to the General settings for the bulb.
2. You will now find the "LED Device Security Settings" section. Click "Change"
3. Enable "Request Password", type in the password and select "Confirm".
