The Flux Bluetooth smart bulb comes with preset modes with jump and strobe transitions. This might give the feeling that the bulb is turning on and off. To rule this out, connect to the bulb and go to the color or warm white mode and set it to a color. Your bulb should no longer turn on and off or flicker.
If you still notice the bulb flickering or turning on and off, the bulb is likely defective. Contact us, and we can work with you to fix the issue.
